How It Works
Each Stockist Tier (Silver, Gold, Diamond) has access to a combination of marketing rewards. These fall into three categories:

You have two options for printing marketing materials:

Local Printing: Provide us with your preferred printer's information, and our Creative Designer will send them the print files. Our Marketing Team will then handle ordering and payment.

Scootboot's Preferred Printers: We can use our trusted local printers in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Please note that this option will incur shipping costs, which should be factored into your ScootBooster budget and may affect the quantity of materials we can offer.
How to Access Your Rewards
ScootBooster rewards are unlocked as you progress through the Stockist Tiers.
Scootboot will contact you when you are nearing your next Tier to offer support and guidance.

When you reach a new Tier (Silver, Gold, or Diamond), you’ll receive a personalised ScootBooster form specific to your Tier level.

We’ll assess the health of your website, social media platforms, and overall public-facing online presence to suggest improvements that can boost visibility and trust.

Clinics are a high-cost marketing option that requires significant time and coordination. They are best suited for Stockists who are looking to grow their network of professionals and are willing to invest the effort in organising an impactful event.
Scootboot is here to support you with either full or partial cost coverage, depending on your available ScootBooster budget. To maximise results and visibility, we recommend combining your clinic with other marketing support options.

Q1: What is ScootBooster?
A: ScootBooster is our exclusive marketing rewards program for Approved Stockists. It provides targeted support—like event sponsorship, signage, email features, and more—as a thank-you for growing Scootboot awareness in your region. The higher your Stockist Tier, the more support becomes available.
Q3: How much reward support is available?
A: Scootboot is an Australian-based company, and all marketing support allocations are calculated in AUD (Australian Dollars). Each Tier unlocks a greater allowance of support, guiding how many rewards you can select from each category. We aim to provide a well-rounded, cohesive mix of marketing tools that work together to strengthen your brand, drive engagement, and grow your business.

Q2: How does the program work?
A: As your annual purchases grow, you unlock new Tiers—Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each Tier comes with an allocated reward budget and access to different types of marketing support. Rewards fall into three categories:

Q4: When can I submit my reward selections?
A: Once you qualify for a new Tier, you’ll receive a personalised ScootBooster form. This form lists all your eligible rewards and guides you through the submission process.
Q5: Do I have to use all my rewards right away?
A: No. They can be spread across the 12-month program period. This gives you flexibility to align support with your calendar and marketing needs.

Q8: Is the ScootBooster program confidential?
A: Yes. All rewards are confidential and should not be shared with other Stockists. You must also comply with Scootboot’s Branding Guidelines, Terms of Trade, Code of Good Business Practices, and Trademark & Copyright Stockists Agreement.
Q6: What happens if one of my chosen rewards isn’t available?
A: Some rewards, especially high-cost options like publications or events, are subject to availability, campaign fit, and budget approval. If something can’t be fulfilled, we’ll suggest a suitable alternative and keep you informed every step of the way.
Q7: Can I print marketing materials locally?
A: Yes. You can use your own printer or choose Scootboot’s preferred printers in Hobart, Tasmania. Shipping costs apply if we print on your behalf, and these costs are deducted from your reward allocation.
Q9: What if I need help choosing the right rewards?
A: We’re happy to help! If you’re unsure which rewards will work best for your region or business type, our Stockist team can provide guidance tailored to your goals and Tier.

Timelines & Fulfilment

Most rewards are fulfilled within 4–6 weeks of submission although they can be distributed over the program’s 12-month period at the discretion of Scootboot.

If assets are missing, Scootboot will supply co-branded materials.
Additional Conditions

All support is confidential and not to be shared publicly or discussed with other Stockists without Scootboot’s written permission.

Any rewards involving unreleased products or campaigns will require a signed NDA.

Sponsored opportunities and reimbursements require a brief in advance and a summary at the conclusion.

Marketing and promotional support is subject to scheduling availability.

Stockists may select their preferred marketing rewards from the available options. However, due to significant cost differences between items—such as publications, events, and other promotional activities—Scootboot cannot guarantee that all selected rewards will be fulfilled. Scootboot may need to swap out an option at times however any changes will be communicated to you.

Rewards are calculated in AUD and converted into ScootBooster points. While we will do our best to honour selections, the final allocation of rewards will be based on feasibility and overall campaign balance. The Scootboot Stockist Team will review selections and confirm what can be supported.

Please note: Tier status is determined solely on purchases made directly through Scootboot Pty Ltd.
These terms are in place to maintain fairness and ensure that all Stockists can benefit from the reward program while respecting the operational limits of the Scootboot team.
