Factory Closure Update

Thank you for your patience and understanding during our recent factory closure from 26 May to 2 June.

Our production team returned on 2 June and have been working hard to process and dispatch the backlog of orders received both before and during the closure period.

While we are making good progress, we wanted to let you know that there are currently some delays to dispatch times as the team works through the accumulated order volume. As a result, some orders may take a little longer than our usual SLA timeframes to leave the factory.

Please be assured that all orders are being processed as quickly as possible, and our team is focused on returning to normal dispatch timeframes as soon as possible.

We understand the impact delays can have on your business and sincerely appreciate your patience while we work through the backlog.
