We’re excited to announce that the ScootBooster Rewards Program officially launches today, Tuesday, 1 July!

This new program is all about recognising the effort you put into helping horses move freely and supporting your growth as a valued Scootboot Stockist.

Here’s what’s happening today:


Diamond and Gold Stockists –

Your ScootBooster surveys have already been sent. Please check your inbox and return your selections so we can begin preparing your rewards package.


Silver Stockists –

You should have received your survey today. If it hasn’t arrived, just let us know and we’ll resend it. The sooner we receive your submission, the sooner we can lock in your preferences.


Bronze Stockists –

We’re looking forward to seeing your continued growth this year. We hope to welcome you into a Tier soon and support you with ScootBooster rewards when the time comes.

ScootBooster resets annually on 1 July, giving you a clean slate and a new chance to move up through the tiers. Every year is your opportunity to grow, shine, and make it yours.

Reward Requests

Tier-Based Access

Reward options become available as you reach Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers.

The higher your tier, the more value and variety of rewards are available to you.

 

Reward Categories


To manage resources fairly, support options fall into three categories:

 

Category A

Includes:

Hoof Clinics

Lead-Generation Campaigns

Event Cost-Sharing

Tier Limits:

Diamond: Up to 3 selections

Gold: Up to 2 selections

Silver: Up to 1 selection 

 

Category B 

Includes:

Magazine Advertising

Sponsorship that promotes your business

Embroidery (branded clothing)

Digital Analysis & Assistance

Tier Limits:

Diamond: Up to 4 selections

Gold: Up to 3 selections

Silver: Up to 2 selections 

 

Category C

Includes:

Email Marketing

Signage / Collateral

Car Stickers

Business Cards

Product Catalogues

Tier Access:


All tiers (Diamond, Gold, Silver) may select any mix from this category, without fixed limits.

 

Timelines & Fulfilment

  • Most rewards are fulfilled within 6-8 weeks of submission.

  • Please provide any necessary branding assets (e.g. your logo).

  • If assets are missing, Scootboot will supply co-branded materials.

General Participation Terms & Conditions

  • The program resets each year on 1 July, giving every Stockist a fresh start to earn rewards across the Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers.

  • All submissions must be made through the official ScootBooster Form shared from ScootBooster when you hit your new tier.

  • Only active Stockists are eligible to participate.

  • Rewards are subject to approval based on availability, internal capacity, and alignment with Scootboot’s goals.

  • A feedback form must be completed once your selected rewards have been implemented.

  • All support is confidential and not to be shared publicly or discussed with other Stockists without Scootboot’s written permission.

  • Any rewards involving unreleased products or campaigns will require a signed NDA.

  • Sponsored opportunities require a brief agreed upon by Scootboot and the recipient Stockist

  • Marketing and promotional support is subject to scheduling availability.

  • Stockists are required to follow up on leads and connections made from their marketing packages.

  • Stockists may select their preferred marketing rewards from the available options. However, due to significant cost differences between items—such as publications, events, and other promotional activities—Scootboot cannot guarantee that all selected rewards will be fulfilled.

  • Rewards are calculated in AUD and converted into ScootBooster points.

  • While we will do our best to honour selections, the final allocation of rewards will be based on feasibility and overall campaign balance. The Scootboot Stockist Team will review selections and confirm what can be supported.

  • Rewards are distributed over the program’s 12-month period at the discretion of Scootboot.

  • Please note: Tier status is determined based solely on purchases made directly through Scoot Boot Pty Ltd.
