Stockist Service
We’re really proud of the Facebook community we’ve built together. It’s a space where Stockists from all over the world can share, learn, and support one another, and that only works because of the way you all show up.
Our team is a small one, and we genuinely do our best to support questions, requests, and conversations across different regions and time zones. We’ve recently heard that some Stockists may be feeling unsure about where to direct certain questions, so we wanted to gently clarify a few things to keep everything running smoothly for everyone.

Logistics Update
Stockists with large orders will usually receive their shipment in multiple cartons.
We want to share a quick tip to help make receiving your orders as smooth as possible and avoid any confusion at delivery time.
When you receive your shipment notification and tracking details, you may notice a reference to the number of “pieces” in the consignment.
“Pieces” refers to the total number of boxes in your delivery.
In some cases, couriers may deliver these boxes across multiple runs or even different days, depending on available space on the truck. This can sometimes result in partial deliveries, even though the shipment may appear as “delivered” in tracking notifications.
What to look out for:
Check your tracking to confirm the total number of boxes (“pieces”) expected
Count the number of boxes received before signing for the delivery
If all boxes have not arrived, ask the courier when the remaining boxes will be delivered
Where possible, wait until all boxes have arrived before unpacking to avoid confusion
Following these steps can help prevent situations where items appear to be missing, but they are simply arriving separately.
