SCOOTBOOSTER IS GETTING SIMPLER
ScootBooster was created to give more back to you for the business you already do with Scootboot.
As the program has grown, we’ve been looking at ways to make it easier to understand, easier to track, and easier to see what support you are working towards.
From 1 July, ScootBooster will move to a points-based system. This means your eligible orders will build points towards your ScootBooster tier, helping you follow your progress more clearly throughout the year.
We are also preparing updates to our wholesale ordering system, so you’ll have better visibility of how you are tracking towards unlocking your ScootBooster support.

BEHIND THE SCENES
One area we're continually investing in is quality assurance and product traceability.
If you ever need to submit a warranty request, please send it directly to stockist@scootboots.com along with a clear photograph of the sole of the boot.
The batch number located on the sole allows our team to identify specific production runs and investigate any trends that may require further manufacturing review.
This process helps us maintain the product quality standards our Stockists and customers expect.
