As one of our valued Stockists, you’ll have exclusive access to order sizes 6, 7, and 8 before the retail launch Friday 10th October.
This gives you the chance to:

After development and rigorous testing, we are proud to launch the 3D Wedge Pads.
They are made from soft rubber and designed to lift the rear of the back hooves to provide comfort and to improve fit.
They also provide tendon support for tendon injuries and help to provide relief to horses suffering from issues such as under-run heels.
These are for use with the Scootboot TheraRide and are available in all sizes

Ensuring Your Scootboot Orders Arrive on Time
We know how important it is to have your Scootboot stock ready for upcoming events, fittings, and clinics. Whether you’re preparing for a trade show, a local pony club day, or a demo weekend, planning your orders early helps everything run smoothly and ensures your customers have the best experience with you and our brand.
At Scootboot, we always aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, but there are times when factors outside of our control, such as international freight delays, customs clearance, or peak-season backlogs can affect delivery times.
To help avoid last minute stress, here’s a quick guide to make sure your event stock arrives right when you need it.
Recommended Ordering Timeframes
Please allow at least the following lead times before your event date:
EU, US & ROW Stockists
Small Orders (under $5,000):
Place your order at least 4 weeks before your event.
These orders usually ship within 14 days.
Large Orders (over $5,000):
Place your order at least 6 weeks before your event.
These orders usually ship within 21 days due to additional packing and freight scheduling.
AU Stockists
Place your order at least 7 days before your even.

What Email Spoofing Could Mean for Your Business
Last month, we shared that scammers had attempted to send emails pretending to come from Scootboot team members.
While none of our systems were compromised, it highlighted an important point: if this happened to us, it could happen to any business.
